Groundskeeper Facilities Worker - Full Time - 8a-430p Shift - Sheyenne Crossings & Fargo Care Centers

About the Role

Eventide Sheyenne Crossings Care Center in West Fargo, ND is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper Facilities Worker for both the West Fargo and Fargo campuses. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of miscellaneous duties including transportation services, grounds keeping, maintenance, and minor repairs for Eventide vehicles, facilities, and equipment.
• Handle all facets of building and ground equipment repairs and service calls, including minor and major repairs to fixed and moveable physical plant equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and schedule van or bus runs and daily pickup and delivery of supplies.
• Perform proper upkeep and minor maintenance of all Eventide fleet vehicles.
• Operate vehicles such as skid steer, dump truck, bobcat, and any other vehicle included in the Eventide fleet.
• Safely utilize and operate tools and equipment.
• Transport residents or tenants to and from appointments and activities, including operating vehicle mechanical lifts and assisting passengers to ensure they are properly secured.
• Use CMMS software work order system to check job assignments, make comments, and adjust labor as needed; manage time using Eventide time clock software.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on Eventide vehicles and document accordingly.
• Conduct general building maintenance as needed and assigned by the Facilities Manager.
• Maintain necessary support mechanisms to meet city, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Be available for occasional evening or weekend special event transportation needs.
• Be available for weekday maintenance calls and work weekends and nights as per the rotating schedule.
• Serve as the primary driver for the campus and drive for Eventide purposes frequently.
• Maintain the desired appearance of Eventide property through grounds keeping duties, including lawn maintenance, trimming/pruning bushes, edging sidewalks, removing weeds, and removing snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots.
• Rotate weekend and weekly on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Education, knowledge, and/or experience in maintenance, driving, and repair work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability under corporate insurance policy.

Pay

Competitive starting pay range of $17–$19.04 per hour based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are available for select positions.
