Job Overview

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our grounds while delivering exceptional service to our residents.

Essential Functions

  • Take ownership of groundskeeping tasks and ensure they are completed quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents by maintaining a clean and inviting outdoor environment.
  • Avoidance of maintenance tasks such as removing litter, debris, pet waste, and hazardous materials from the grounds to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address landscaping-related maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, preferably in a hotel or multifamily housing environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering legendary service to residents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform groundskeeping tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, for extended periods.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25–50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and navigate uneven surfaces, stairs, sidewalks, and parking areas.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools and groundskeeping equipment.
