What Will You Do?

• Maintain common areas neat and tidy, including but not limited to driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, and public areas
• Support the broader portfolio with flexibility to travel between sites as needed to support strategic and operational priorities
• Communicate with supervisor regarding the status of work and any potential issues
• Schedule, monitor and perform work orders as needed
• Ensure landscaping supplies are in stock and order supplies as directed
• Assist office staff as needed with posting notices on resident doors
• Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alert Maintenance to items that need to be repaired
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents and tenants, and promote a quality living experience for all residents
• Perform general building preventive maintenance tasks
• Complete common area clean up to include power washing buildings, cleaning pool area, laundry rooms, public restrooms and trash bins
• Participate in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention
• Comply with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience using hand or power tools or equipment preferred

Pay

$21 - $23 per hour

Schedule

Second shift with weekends required
