Groundskeeper

Requirements

• Minimally 1 full year of experience
• Knowledge of Lawn/Soil/Tree/Bush Maintenance
• Ability to be exposed to outdoor environmental conditions for long periods of time
• Ability to operate power equipment including Bucket Loader
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Perform all Groundskeeping duties such as mowing, mulching, flower beds, leaf removal, trimming of small trees & bushes, snow removal.
• Small repairs to walks & parking lots.
• May have to apply pesticides.
• Responsible for cleaning and performing minor adjustments to grounds equipment.
• Will assist with miscellaneous small jobs during the off season such as painting and other tasks given by Supervisor.

Pay

Earn $20.81/hour in this position.
