Groundskeeper

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the resort grounds and common areas.
• Power wash walkways, patios, and other outdoor surfaces as needed.
• Regularly inspect and clean common outdoor areas, including entrances, sidewalks, and recreational spaces.
• Remove natural debris such as leaves, branches, and other obstructions.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team promptly.
• Assist with minor outdoor upkeep tasks when requested.
• Support special event setups and seasonal property needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have one year of driving experience, and meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards.
• Must have the ability to operate motorized equipment.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively.
• Must have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.
