Brookside Properties is seeking a dependable and hardworking Multi-Site Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of apartment communities throughout the Sellersburg, Indiana market.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of multiple apartment communities
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Clean and maintain common areas, sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and amenity spaces
• Auxiliary with landscaping duties including watering, weeding, trimming, and seasonal property upkeep
• Support maintenance teams with light maintenance tasks and apartment make-ready activities
• Auxiliary with preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents
• Auxiliary with monitoring property appearance and reporting maintenance concerns
• Travel between assigned communities as needed to support property operations
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, maintenance, or related experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and positive customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to walk the property daily, climb stairs, and use ladders when needed
