Groundskeeper

Full-time position in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Physically walk the community frequently and remove litter, debris, and other items from the grounds, ensuring the following areas are always free of litter:
  • Recreation areas
  • Sidewalks and walkways
  • Grass, flowers, and shrubs
• Clean and rake shrub areas.
• Use a blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and brush.
• Maintain landscaping, plantings, and foliage.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager.

Equipment

An employee in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of:

• Cleaning fluids and tools (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaning equipment, buffer)
• Step ladder and full ladder
• Hand tools
• Key-cutting machine
• Hand truck and wheelbarrow

Schedule

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

• Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
