Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management or property development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Revit or AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively under pressure.
