Responsibilities

• Assist arborist crews with tree maintenance, trimming, and removal.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools.
• Clean and organize work areas, ensuring a safe job site.
• Support team members with daily tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license preferred.
• Must pass a drug test.
