Grounds Maintenance/Laborer

About the role

Responsible for maintaining grounds and performing laborer tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds including landscaping, snow removal, and debris cleanup.
• Perform laborer tasks such as tree trimming, mowing, and garbage disposal.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or similar field preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation.

Skills

• Strong physical fitness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Pay

• $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
