Grounds Department Manager - Luxury Resort

Maintain all resort grounds

• Maintain parking lots, walkways, outdoor common areas, and landscaped spaces
• Perform snow plowing and shoveling during winter months, including mornings, and nights as needed
• Maintain and oversee company vehicles, including inspections and basic repairs
• Maintain the on-site 9-hole executive golf course
• Perform routine landscaping duties such as mowing, weed-whacking, planting, mulching, and watering
• Ensure building accessibility and curb appeal by removing litter, debris, snow, and ice from walkways and parking areas, including employee parking areas

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred
• Snow removal and plowing experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with equipment operation and maintenance
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently
• High level of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
• Able to communicate important information clearly
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
