Job Summary

Lincoln Saltdogs is seeking a high-performing individual to join their team for the 2026 season. This position will assist the groundskeeper in maintaining the Haymarket Park facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily management and maintenance of playing surfaces
• Daily maintenance of landscape areas inside and outside the complex
• Game preparation and repairs to playing surfaces
• Practice setup and cleanup

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, responsible, personable, hard-working, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Condition of Employment

• Candidate must meet the above qualifications
• Approval of pre-employment reference, background checks, and post-offer substance testing are required
