How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing
Summary Of Responsibilities
- Applies appropriate tooling, equipment, and material to accomplish minor maintenance functions including inspections, minor troubleshooting, repairing, removing, and replacing components on select Ground Support Equipment.
- Affords assistance to a Lead Ground Maintenance Technician or a Ground Maintenance Technician on motorized equipment as needed.
- Completes data entry to record work assignments and connects with other Company personnel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Maintains a valid driver's license.
- Speaks English fluently.
- Has the ability to lift items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds.
- Willingness to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to achieve a satisfactory score on entry tests structured to determine ability to perform required tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- A detailed understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic subject areas.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and apply information found in technical documents, manuals, and schematics.
- Strong communication skills while working as a team and coordinating repairs with other Delta personnel and outside vendors.
- Responds to customers' needs with minimum direction and performs repairs in time-sensitive situations.
- Completion of a two-year degree at a post-secondary technical school and/or related Military experience.
