Ground Maintenance Crew Leader

Duties

• Oversight of a crew of skilled and semi-skilled employees engaged in manual labor.
• Overseeing a wide range of tasks related to the operations and maintenance of the Reno County Solid Waste Management Department.
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with departmental standards and regulations.
• Affording assistance in tasks and duties associated with the pumps for rainwater removal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous management or supervisor experience preferred.
