About the role

The Ground Clinical Education Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical education programs for new medical professionals at our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical education curricula tailored to the needs of new medical professionals.
• Facilitate regular training sessions and workshops to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate clinical education into the overall training program.
• Ensure all educational materials are up-to-date and relevant to current industry practices.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical education or related healthcare management roles.
• Proven ability to develop and manage educational programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
