GROUND BEEF KPACK OPERATOR A-SHIFT

About the role

The K-Pack Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and teardown of K-Pack packaging equipment within the Ground Beef department. This role ensures products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and according to customer specifications. The operator will complete required documentation, verify product quality, and assist with additional equipment setup as needed. This position offers opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down the K-Pack machine at the start and end of production runs.
• Assist in setting up additional equipment required for production.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately, including film verification, product changes, box information, and date coding.
• Verify product quality to ensure it meets customer and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and fix minor machine issues to maintain continuous operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.
• Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
