We are looking for a passionate Pet Groomer to showcase artistry, champion positive pet experiences, build trusting client relationships, and maintain a professional salon. You will be supported in achieving your greatest career potential with a foundation of continuous learning, growth, and access to state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment modalities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality grooming services for all breeds of dogs and cats, utilizing skills in scissoring, clipping, and finishing.
• Use a calming presence and expert handling skills to comfort nervous pets, ensuring a low-stress and positive experience.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and build a loyal clientele.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in your workstation, ensuring it is always tidy, safe, and welcoming.
• Perform nail trims, ear cleanings, and anal gland expression as part of grooming services.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a professional pet groomer.
• Passion for creating a positive, low-stress experience for every pet.
• Excellent skills in all aspects of grooming for dogs and cats.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Physical ability to handle pets up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
