Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality grooming services for all breeds of dogs and cats, including scissoring, clipping, and finishing.
• Use calming techniques and expert handling to ensure a low-stress, positive experience for every pet.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and salon environment.
• Perform nail trims, ear cleanings, and anal gland expression as part of grooming services.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a professional pet groomer.
• Passion for creating a positive, low-stress experience for every pet.
• Excellent grooming skills for dogs and cats, including all aspects of grooming care.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Physical ability to handle pets up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
