We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have content: "Your Petco Grooming Career As a Pet Stylist at Petco...". We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must extract relevant info. Let's parse the posting. - Intro: "Want to help pets live their best lives? ..." This is generic fluff, maybe not needed. It's about company values. Could be "About the role"? Not exactly. The posting includes "About Petco" section. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About Petco" is company description. Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and put description of role (maybe the "Your Petco Grooming Career" paragraph). Also we have "Purpose" section describing primary purpose. That could be part of Responsibilities. We have "Essential Job Functions" list of duties/responsibilities. That's Responsibilities. We have "Education/Experience" list: that's Requirements/Qualifications. We have "Skills" section earlier: includes list of benefits? Actually earlier "Skills" heading includes bullet list: Competitive base pay, Medical, dental, vision and more, 401k and more, Paid Time Off, Petco Discounts, All the supplies & equipment you need..., State of the art equipment..., Career development and growth opportunities... That seems like Benefits and also Skills? Actually it's under "Skills" heading but content is benefits and equipment. We need to separate: Skills section should list skills required? The posting also has a "Skills" heading earlier but content is benefits. However later there is a list of skills under Education/Experience? Actually Education/Experience includes many skill-like items: "Latitude for independent judgement...", "Results-driven...", "Strong attention to detail...", "Genuine passion for animals...", "Expert knowledge...", "High level of proficiency...", "Strong verbal and written communication skills...", "Capable of handling pets...". Those are skills/qualifications. Thus we need to decide sections: - About the role: maybe combine introductory paragraph about Petco Grooming Career and purpose? Could be "Your Petco Grooming Career As a Pet Stylist at Petco, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services..." That's role description. - Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions list (bulleted). Also maybe Purpose paragraph. - Requirements/Qualifications: Education/Experience list (bulleted). Also maybe "High-school diploma or GED preferred, though not required" etc. - Skills: maybe the list of skill-like items from Education/Experience? But we already used that for Requirements. Could separate: Requirements = education/experience; Skills = abilities like communication, attention to detail, etc. However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But they gave separate headings. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we need to decide which headings have content. Let's map content: About the role: we have description of role (Your Petco Grooming Career...). Also maybe "Purpose" paragraph. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions (list of duties). Also maybe "The Pet Stylists' primary purpose is to perform expert-level professional grooming services..." That's also responsibility. Requirements: Education/Experience (list). Also maybe "Successful completion of the Pet Stylist Apprentice program with Petco, or previous experience as a professional groomer and/or completion of a technical grooming training program". That's requirement. Qualifications: Could be similar to Requirements; maybe we can treat Education/Experience as Qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we can put Requirements = Education/Experience, Qualifications = Skills (like attention to detail, communication, etc). But the posting also has a "Skills" heading earlier with benefits list; but that is not skills. However we could still use Skills heading for the list of skill-like items (like "Strong attention to detail...", "Expert knowledge...", etc). Benefits: we have list under the earlier "Skills" heading: Competitive base pay, Medical..., 401k..., Paid Time Off, Petco Discounts, All supplies & equipment, State of the art equipment, Career development... That's benefits. Pay: we have Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 Hourly. That's specific. Schedule: Not explicitly given; maybe mention "Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the Pet Care Center's grooming schedule." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that sentence. Thus we have content for all sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, cookie/navigation, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact details? We can rephrase but must preserve meaning. Probably okay to keep sentences as is. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

About the role

Want to help pets live their best lives? ...

maybe combine. But we should avoid repeating the job title as heading. The job title is Pet Stylist. Not used as heading. Let's extract paragraphs: Intro fluff: "Want to help pets live their best lives? We’re proud to be where the pets go and where the pet people go. If you want to make a real difference, create an exciting career path, feel welcome to be your whole self and nurture your wellbeing, Petco is the place for you. Our core values capture that spirit as we work to improve lives by doing what’s right for pets and people. Pet First – Protect & Empower. All pets should Live their Best Life. We put the needs of pets and pet parents at the center of everything we do. Foster the Fun – Connect & Bond. Our Passion for pets brings us together! We celebrate the journey of pet parenthood through district experiences, products, and services. Let’s Go! Own & Commit. We are stronger as One Petco team. We bring our unique superpowers and champion authenticity in everyone to drive success." That's generic company values; could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not specific to the role but still about Petco. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not those; it's company culture. Might be okay to keep but could be considered fluff. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. Then "About Petco We’re proud to be ..." That's also company description. Then "Your Petco Grooming Career As a Pet Stylist at Petco, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to our valued customers' pets. With your expertise and attention to detail, you will ensure that each pet receives exceptional care, leaving them looking and feeling their best." That's role description. Then "Skills" heading with bullet list of benefits. Then "Purpose" paragraph. Then "Essential Job Functions" list. Then "Education/Experience" list. Then "Work Environment" paragraph (maybe not needed as separate heading; could be part of Responsibilities? But we have no heading for Work Environment; we could omit because not in list of allowed headings. However we could incorporate into Responsibilities or About the role? Probably better to keep as part of Responsibilities? But it's about physical demands; could be considered Responsibilities? Might be okay to include under Responsibilities as extra detail. Then "Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records..." that's EEO; remove. Then "The pay ranges outlined below..." and Salary Range. Then link to benefits; we already captured benefits. Then EEO statement; remove. Then translation instructions; remove. Thus we need to produce sections. Let's craft:

Every tail wag, every vet visit, every step of the way. We are 29,000+ strong and together we nurture the pet-human bond in more than 1,500 Petco stores across the U.S., Mexico and Puerto Rico, 250+ Vetco Total Care hospitals, hundreds of preventive care clinics and eight distribution centers. In 1999, we founded Petco Love. Together, we support thousands of local animal welfare groups nationwide and have helped find homes for approximately 7 million animals through in-store adoption events.
