As a Pet Groomer, you will showcase your artistry, champion positive pet experiences, build trusting client relationships, and maintain a professional salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality grooming services for all breeds of dogs and cats, including scissoring, clipping, and finishing.
• Use calming presence and expert handling skills to ensure a low-stress, positive experience for every pet.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and build a loyal clientele.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in your workstation, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Perform grooming tasks such as nail trims, ear cleanings, and anal gland expression.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a professional pet groomer.
• Passion for creating a positive, low-stress experience for every pet.
• Excellent grooming skills for dogs and cats, including handling pets up to 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
