Grocery Team Member

About the role

The Fresh Market seeks team members who can work in any department—including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front‑End—to help deliver extraordinary guest service.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs and helping them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items, while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties.
• Present self professionally, adhering to uniform standards.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.73 per hour.

Schedule

This position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
