Grocery Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and follow-up of merchandising and sales activities within assigned stores.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to drive field execution, train and develop associates, and ensure store objectives are met.
• Unload products from pallets and stock shelves.
• Build relationships with store personnel.
• Manage backroom inventory.
• Report service visits via a mobile app.

Requirements

• Comfortable using smart devices and applications.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation for store visits.
• Independent worker with professionalism and integrity.
• Age 18 or older.

Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Physical ability, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and travel between stores.
