Grocery Stocker Clerk

Good Harvest Market, Waukesha County's largest independently owned natural and organic grocer, is seeking a part-time Grocery Clerk. This role focuses on facing shelves during three-hour evening shifts, typically between 4p–8p.

This is an entry-level opportunity with minimal hours, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a community-oriented grocery environment. The grocery department offers a full range of products with a focus on organics, local sourcing, special diets, and sustainability. High quality standards set us apart from competitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Face inventory, ensuring first in, first out (FIFO) practices and checking product dates
• Dust shelves and products as needed
• Occasional stocking of products

Physical Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for 3+ hours at a time
• Constant walking, squatting, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting
• Comfort working in varying temperatures, including walk-in and reach-in freezers and refrigeration units for extended periods
