Grocery Stocker

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Grocery Stocker to support the daily operations of our store by keeping shelves properly stocked, organized, clean, and ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Replenishing merchandise
• Rotating products for freshness
• Organizing backstock
• Checking labels and product condition
• Monitoring inventory levels
• Maintaining attractive and well-organized displays throughout the sales floor
• Supporting general store operations
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient shopping environment
• Assisting with inventory counts and other store-support duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a full-time schedule, primarily evening shifts typically between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays as needed
• Previous experience as a Grocery Stocker, Store Stocker, Shelf Stocker, Retail Stocker, Grocery Clerk, Stock Associate, Merchandising Associate, or similar retail position preferred
• Ability to stock and replenish shelves accurately while following established product placement and display standards
• Ability to rotate products, monitor freshness, check expiration dates, and maintain proper product organization
• Able to identify damaged, missing, incorrectly labeled, or low-stock products and report concerns to the appropriate manager
• Willingness to organize backstock, storage areas, carts, and stocking equipment throughout the shift
• Ability to maintain shelves, displays, sales-floor areas, and backstock areas clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Able to work efficiently and independently while maintaining attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to follow established safety and operational procedures
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and remain physically active for extended periods
• Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required
