The Grocery Clerk is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store organization, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and replenishing merchandise to ensure product availability.
• Assisting customers with prompt, friendly service and inquiries.
• Unloading delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Handling merchandise accurately, whether assisting shoppers or restocking shelves.
• Promoting a positive shopping experience aligned with store values.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and punctuality.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently.
• Engagement with diverse individuals and excellent customer service skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred, especially with major retail brands.
