Responsibilities
- Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor quality assurance standards.

Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Desired: Receiving experience, second language skills (speaking, reading, and/or writing), familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes, excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to report all safety risks or issues, and illegal activity.
- Ability to develop and train DSD Receivers back up.
- Ability to practice preventive maintenance and ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers.
- Ability to adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary.
- Ability to provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
