About the role

This part-time Grocery Merchandiser role is based in Charlotte, NC (within a 25-55 mile radius) and requires 24 hours per week, typically spread over 3 days. You will manage your assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks using provided technology. The position involves merchandising, lifting up to 50 pounds, and consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Perform retail tasks including ordering products, stocking shelves, and conducting audits in grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify accurate representation of clients' products on store shelves.
• Ensure products are well-stocked; order if inventory is low or out of stock.
• Maintain a safe working environment and professional appearance while adhering to dress code and attendance guidelines.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day (up to 50 pounds).
• Work independently in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Comply with store team guidelines and attend client kickoff calls and team check-ins as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid Driver License, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone (within 5 years old) with service and internet for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus.

Benefits

• Fuel stipends: $32/day.
• Communication stipends: $2.50/day.
