Come build with us.Overview of the RoleThe Grocery Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds. Territory includes - North Las Vegas metros, Centennial Hills, Lone Mtn, Summerlin, Lovell Location: North Las Vegas, NV (within a 40-60 mile radius)This position is part time, 25 / hours a weekCompensation: $18 hourlyYou will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.Ensure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low.This position requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.This position requires you to switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the dayYou must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.This is a position where you work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.PerksPaid drive time at .70 a mileMonthly phone stipendSteady and consistent scheduled working hours with available route flexibilityPTO and sick days1 paid volunteer day per year401k with company matchWeekly payWhat You’ll Do at C.A. FortuneGain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering products, working product to shelves from new orders, etc.Conduct audits in area grocery storesTravel to and between store locations within the designated territory.Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelvesMaintain a safe working environment while working in the storesMaintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store TeamAttend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.What You Should Bring to the TableHigh School Diploma or equivalentReliable transportationValid Driver LicenseProof of Automobile insuranceReliable phone (within 5 years old) service and internet service for daily communication.Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks & audits at local grocery retailer.Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independentlyPrevious retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required)Come As You AreC.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
