MIT Program Works
The MIT program focuses on building MOM's future leaders by putting the emphasis on leadership training. An Individual Development Plan (IDP) will be formulated with learning goals and regularly scheduled check-ins to track progress. Mastering tasks, such as ordering and schedule writing, will be an integral part of your development as a future leader.
