About the role

Assist in connecting customers with local grocery and retail partners through a flexible, app-based platform.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer orders using the Instacart app.
• Shop for groceries and household items in nearby stores.
• Deliver purchased items to customers’ homes.
• Use the app to navigate routes, update customers on substitutions, and communicate delivery information.

• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using mobile apps for order management and navigation.
