About the role

Responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced grocery deli environment. Duties include preparing and packaging food items, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package food items according to recipes and guidelines
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli station
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or food service setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
