Grocery Clerk Full-Time Hanover

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and dress grocery shelves
• Maintain and organize all back stock
• Ensure grocery sales area, shelves, floors, and back room area are neat and sanitary
• Inform the Scan Department of pricing inaccuracies
• Maintain daily specials and replenish specials on the shelves
• Verify products and their correct shelf labels/signs while maintaining proper product alignment
• Be present at workstation at start of shift
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Adhere to Customer Service Pledge at all times
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance while working
• Comply with policies contained within the Employee Handbook

Qualifications

• Ability to hear, speak, and understand the spoken word
• Ability to read, write, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language
• Calculate figures, amounts, discounts, and percentages
• Move and/or lift up to 75 pounds
• Regularly required to stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb, and balance
• Able to talk or hear
• At least 18 years old
