Qualifications

• At least 1 year of grocery experience.
• Enthusiasm for grocery work, love for organized shelves and back rooms.
• Strong commitment to outstanding customer service with a patient, level‑headed, positive attitude.
• Motivated to take on new challenges, adaptable, and skilled at building relationships with a diverse group of people.
• Reliable, self‑disciplined, and able to complete department tasks accurately and timely.
• Clear communicator who listens attentively and asks questions to determine the best solution.
• Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays (open every day except Christmas Day).
• At least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb, with excellent manual dexterity; able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, stocking product, and offering creative usage suggestions.
• Ensure products are fresh, rotated, well‑stocked, and properly signed.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, lifts, carts, hand trucks, and ladders.
• Assist with department promotions and displays.
• Maintain a clean, enticing, and safe department environment.
• Demonstrate a service‑oriented attitude toward co‑workers, lending a hand and working cohesively.
• Support and follow all safety, security, and sustainability policies.
• Operate within the company’s Core Values and Brand.

Compensation

Entry‑level: $18.40 /hr

Maximum: $26.85 /hr (Legacy JP pay if applicable/eligible)
