Responsibilities

• Work in multiple store areas, including the Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments.
• Stock shelves, fill frozen‑food bins, and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Receive product deliveries, verify delivery accuracy, and move product to the sales floor using various equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest products are available for customers.
• Perform repetitive activities, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lb. (5″–34″) a distance of up to 5 ft for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights‑and‑Measures regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Team members under the age of 18 are restricted from using knives (other than safety cutters), ladders, garbage or cardboard compactors, motor‑powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks), and working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate mutual respect for others and uphold a high‑level code of ethics within Sprouts’ culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Physical ability to lift and transfer boxes up to 60 lb. as described above.
• Commitment to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights‑and‑Measures regulations.
