Grocery Associate FT

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison between customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains product availability and freshness, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of perishable goods according to food safety guidelines.
• Monitors and reports on inventory levels and conducts quality checks on products.
• Participates in safety programs and reports any safety concerns or incidents.
• Assists in managing product recalls and adheres to wage and hour policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 0-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to employment and food safety.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and reaching overhead.
• Experience with basic computer operations and retail systems.
