Job Summary
Aids the department manager in achieving sales and profit targets. Restocks products and enhances customer confidence and loyalty.
Responsibilities
SERVICE: 70% - Creates welcoming environment, ensures merchandise meets plans, maintains product availability and freshness, offers product suggestions, provides customer assistance.
LEADERSHIP: 10% - Promotes teamwork, communicates company and department info, adheres to laws and guidelines.
FINANCIAL: 10% - Monitors inventory, inspects product quality, maintains proper temperatures, reports discrepancies.
COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: 10% - Ensures safety standards, handles recalls, reports incidents, complies with regulations, cultivates safety culture.
Qualifications
Education: High School / GED preferred.
Language: English preferred, Spanish helpful.
Experience: 0-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong customer service, interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
