Job Summary

Aids the department manager in achieving sales and profit targets. Restocks products and enhances customer confidence and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• SERVICE: 70%

  • Create welcoming, valued customer environment.
  • Maintain product availability, freshness, and compliance.
  • Offer product suggestions and assist customers.

• LEADERSHIP: 10%

  • Promote trust and respect among team members.
  • Communicate company and department information.

• FINANCIAL: 10%

  • Monitor inventory and report discrepancies.
  • Inspect and handle products for quality and freshness.
  • Ensure proper temperature and document logs.

• COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: 10%

  • Maintain safety standards and execute recalls.
  • Report and correct unsafe conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to wage and hour policies.

Qualifications

• Education

  • High School / GED preferred.

• Experience

  • 0 - 3 years supervisory experience preferred.

• Skills

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Pre-employment drug testing and background check required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws.
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures.
