Job Summary

Aids the department manager in achieving sales and profit targets. Restocks products and enhances customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• % Of Time SERVICE: 70% - Creates welcoming environment, ensures merchandise is displayed correctly, maintains product freshness and availability, offers assistance to customers.

• % Of Time LEADERSHIP: 10% - Promotes teamwork, communicates company information, adheres to laws and guidelines.

• % Of Time FINANCIAL: 10% - Monitors inventory, inspects products for quality, maintains proper temperatures, reports discrepancies.

• % Of Time COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: 10% - Ensures safety standards, handles recalls, reports incidents, complies with wage and hour policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School / GED preferred.

• Language: English preferred, Spanish not specified.

• Experience: 0 - 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong customer service, interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills, authorization to work in the US, successful completion of drug testing and background check.
