Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill foods to meet customer preferences
• Keep track of meal prep components to ensure timely completion of final dishes
• Preparing meat and non-meat ingredients for customer orders
• Stocking
• Maintaining clean and sanitized workstation
• Taking measures to prevent food cross contamination and meet all food safety standards

• Demonstrated grill cook experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
