We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About Ameren Services (B&CS)" and "About The Position". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - About Ameren Services (B&CS) (company description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Ameren Services" is company overview. Could be considered "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map content accordingly. We have: - About Ameren Services (B&CS) description: could go under "About the role"? Or maybe "About the role" is about the position. There's also "About The Position" section. So we could have two sections: "About the role" (maybe combine both? Actually "About Ameren Services" is company description, not role. Could be omitted? But we need to preserve substantive information. Could put under "About the role" heading? Might be okay. Better: Use "About the role" for the description of the position (the "About The Position" part). Use "About Ameren Services" maybe as a brief intro paragraph before headings? But instructions say only use those headings; we can still have

paragraphs outside headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It doesn't forbid having

outside headings, but likely they expect sections with headings. We can include a leading

for company overview before first heading? Might be okay but risk violating "only include a section when posting has real, specific content for it". The company overview is substantive; we could put it under "About the role" heading? Or we could create a section "About Ameren Services" but that's not in allowed list. Better to incorporate into "About the role" as a preamble. Thus sections: - About the role: includes company overview + position description (the "About The Position" paragraph). Could be two paragraphs. - Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities (bullet list). - Qualifications: includes three qualification levels (Grid Solutions Engineer, Senior Grid Solutions Engineer, Lead Grid Solutions Engineer). Could be a list or maybe separate subheadings? But we only have allowed headings; we could put all qualifications under a single "Qualifications" section with bullet points for each level. - Benefits: includes bullet list of benefits (medical coverage, pension, 401k, vacation, holidays, parental leave, etc). Also mention "Visit our Benefits & Perks Page for more information". That's a link; we can keep as prose. - Pay: includes compensation range "$84,400.00 - $204,400.00" and explanation. So we need a Pay section. - Schedule: includes hybrid model: three days a week at Ameren Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri and two remote days; also 24x7x365 availability requirement and off-hours support as needed. So schedule section. We should not include Skills separately if not explicit; we have qualifications covering skills. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, etc. Remove that. We must not include duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. Company overview: "Ameren Services provides administrative support and services to Ameren Corporation and its operating companies, subsidiaries and affiliates. Ameren Services includes a wide range of skill sets and roles, from finance and legal experts to digital and cyber specialists, plus those charged with ensuring environmental compliance and operational safety. Together, we help execute a strategy that enables Ameren to deliver superior long-term value to customers, shareholders and the environment." Position description (About The Position): "It has never been a more exciting time to work in the energy industry. The electric distribution grid is in transformation into a smarter, more resilient, cleaner, and greener (solar, wind) grid. But we can just list each qualification as bullet points, maybe grouping. Better: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So qualifications is a list of requirements. We'll list each bullet as a requirement; we can include the level as part of bullet text. Benefits: "Our benefits include: Medical coverage on date of hire 100% employer paid cash balance pension plan 401(k) with company match fully vested on date of hire Minimum of 15 days paid vacation and 12 paid holidays Paid parental leave and family caregiver leave Visit our Benefits & Perks Page for more information on benefits provided to regular full-time employees." We should keep as list. Pay: "Compensation Range: $84,400.00 - $204,400.00 This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant’s credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance." The DERMS system will have a 24x7x365 availability requirement and applicants will be required to provide off-hours support as needed." We should not include the duplicated line about "If end date is listed..." etc. That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove the EEO statement at end. Now produce HTML fragment with

      headings and appropriate

      or

      • . We need to decide ordering: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We'll include company overview and position description under About the role as maybe two paragraphs. Let's craft:
