Greeter/Take-out Specialist

About the role

As a Fricker’s hostess/greeter, you are the first and last person guests will see during their visit. You’ll ensure their first impression is excellent and leave them happy as they depart.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and inform them of specials and events.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them back.
• Manage a waiting list, seat guests, bus tables, and assist servers.
• Answer phone calls.
• Enter carry-out orders into the POS system, suggestive selling, ensure order accuracy, and handle money.
• Assist servers and managers throughout the dining room.
• Ensure every guest leaves happy.
