Greeter/Take-out Specialist

About the role

As a Fricker’s hostess/greeter, you are the first and last person guests will see during their visit. You’ll ensure the first impression is excellent and leave guests happy as they depart.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and inform them of specials and events
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them back
• Manage a waiting list and seat guests
• Bus tables and assist servers
• Answer phone calls
• Enter carry-out orders into the POS system, suggestive selling, ensure orders are correct, and handle money
• Assist servers and managers throughout the dining room
• Ensure every guest leaves happy
