Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet all individuals in a courteous and professional manner.
• Screen all visitors and direct them to the appropriate area, department, or staff.
• Process all patients arriving for care according to current protocols and refer them to other staff as necessary.
• Have an awareness of all scheduled events and assist guests with finding the correct conference space for their event.
• Interact with patients and visitors in the lobby and waiting area as needed, stocking brochures and other printed materials, and troubleshooting any problems that may arise in the lobby and waiting areas.
• Respond to patients and guests who might have difficulty in entering or leaving the facility and be available to give a helping hand.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about all of the Lawndale ministries.
• Able to work in a multi-cultural setting.
• Able to strongly embrace and personify the mission of Lawndale Christian Health Center.
• Excellent guest relations skills.
• Able to collaborate and interact with a diverse group of health care professionals.
