About the role

Houston's Pompano Beach is seeking Maître d’ / Greeter candidates to join their successful team. The ideal candidate should possess energy, warmth, poise, and an elevated sense of personal style.

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables
Ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for all patrons
Managing guest reservations and seating arrangements
Assisting with table service and managing the bar
Handling cash transactions and maintaining a high level of customer service

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
