About the role

The Greenskeeper at Marcella Golf Club is responsible for maintaining the course’s grass, turf, and other landscaping elements to ensure they are in top condition for play.

Responsibilities

• Maintain course grass, turf, and landscaping elements
• Perform regular mowing, trimming, and watering tasks
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Handle general grounds maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in groundskeeping or similar field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical fitness level
• Knowledge of golf course maintenance practices
• Ability to follow safety guidelines

Skills

• Proficient with lawn mowers, trimmers, and other maintenance equipment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
