Green Good Design 2023-The New Sustainable Model
Published in 2023, this edition of Green Good Design showcases the year’s most innovative and sustainable building and product designs. Hundreds of awarded projects—spanning product design, graphics, architecture, landscape architecture, and urban planning—are featured from 28 nations. Under the theme “Build A Better World Now,” the publication highlights designs that employ advanced “Green Approach” methodologies and cutting-edge technology to create a positive environmental impact.
Celebrating 75 years of GOOD DESIGN™, this special edition is a collaboration between The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. It focuses on international products, buildings, and planning projects that set the standard for sustainability and environmental compatibility.
GOOD DESIGN™ was established in Chicago in 1950 by Eero Saarinen, Charles and Ray Eames, and Edgar Kaufmann, Jr., to champion Modern Design and foster public appreciation for it.
