Greece Winterguard and Drumline Program Coordinator (November 2026 - March 2027)

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the Greece Winter Guard & Greece Winter Drumline.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of operations, including budgeting, scheduling, staff coordination, and marketing.
• Monitor program progress and make adjustments to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Arts and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Serve as project manager for the winter guard home show.
• Advise the Parent Boosters and attend booster meetings as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Working knowledge of all aspects of the marching arts (winds, percussion, colorguard, marching, etc.).

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Project management expertise.
• Budgetary management skills.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• GCSD internal candidate preferred.

Pay

Stipend: $3,000, to be paid in June 2027.
