FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION EN is holding auditions for its 4th Generation Male Talent.

About the role

We are seeking male talents to join our virtual talent agency as VTubers. Successful candidates will debut as part of our next EN generation lineup.

Responsibilities

• Create and perform as a virtual talent (VTuber) under the FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION EN brand
• Engage with global audiences through live streams, videos, and social media
• Collaborate with other talents and production teams to develop original content
• Participate in promotional activities and events as required

Requirements

• Male talent with a strong interest in virtual entertainment and VTuber culture
• Ability to communicate in English (additional languages a plus)
• Comfortable performing in front of a camera and engaging with an online audience
• Basic understanding of streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) and social media
• Creativity and willingness to develop a unique virtual persona
• No prior VTuber experience required; training will be provided
