About the role

House Call Doctors is a rapidly growing, primary care office located in Salt Lake City, UT. We are seeking multiple providers (MD, DO, NP, PA) in Southern Utah to see patients in their home for a one-time wellness exam at the request of their insurance. We have membership in St. George, Hurricane, and surrounding areas, with an extra bonus for providers willing to occasionally travel to Cedar City.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vital signs
• Medication reconciliation
• Recommend preventive health screenings
• Conduct basic point‑of‑care testing (e.g., fingerstick A1c)
• Review current and previous diagnoses

Qualifications

• Active MD, DO, NP, or PA license
• Ability to work independently in a home‑visit setting
