GRD Operator – 2nd Shift

About the Role

Join Sibanye-Stillwater’s Granulation team in Fairless Hills, PA, and play a key role in our precious metals recycling and recovery operations. This full-time position offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule from 1:30 PM–10:00 PM, allowing you to work with your hands, operate industrial equipment, and develop valuable skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate granulation and industrial processing equipment
• Load, move, weigh, and track materials
• Monitor equipment and report mechanical or safety concerns
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
• Complete basic production records and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow operating procedures and safety requirements
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Machine operation or forklift experience is a plus
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around equipment
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Reliable transportation required

Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
